Profile: Joe O’Mahoney
An introduction
I help organisations develop practical leadership, communication and collaboration skills that improve the way people work together.
I launched Videre back in August 2025, having spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world.
My corporate career experience includes direct work with CEOs and senior leadership teams, leadership of enterprise-scale change initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and accountability for project & change portfolios of up to £500m annually.
In my last role, I was part of the senior leadership team that prepared for the £16.5bn merger between Three UK and Vodafone UK.
The role required strategic communication, organisational alignment and leadership through uncertainty; during a major period of transformation.
As a senior leader, I developed a passion for mentoring, coaching and developing others. Something I now offer to both early-career employees and executives.

I don’t use psychometrics. I believe they create unnecessary labels. The focus is always good conversation and human skills.
