Workshop Summary

Embracing Failure

Did you know: Some of the top 100 innovations of our time took a cumulative 967 years to get right?

Great innovators, great businesses not only accept failure, but the expect it.
Failure is often the richest source of data on the journey to something exceptional.

And yet, as individuals, we still fear failure.
We fear the shame, the impact on our reputation and our confidence.

This session helps to reframe personal and professional failure.
We look at how to move from the position of ‘I have failed’ into one of ‘I am better’.

I’ll walk you through the key steps that shift us from the Failure Cycle to the Growth Cycle.

And I’ll challenge you to reflect on times you’ve felt like a failure in the past, and how to reframe it as a chance to take responsibility, to learn and to become far stronger as individuals.

The greatest failure is failing to learn.
