Introduction

I launched Videre back in August 2025, having spent the past 12 years working in the corporate world.

My corporate career experience includes direct work with CEOs and senior leadership teams, leadership of enterprise-scale change initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and accountability for project & change portfolios of up to £500m annually.

As a senior leader, I developed a passion for mentoring, coaching and developing others. Something I now offer to early-career employees and senior leaders.

As a mentor, I specialise in:

  • Stakeholder management and organisational influence;

  • Decision-making in complex, high-investment environments.

Mentoring is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world executive practice, equipping highly aspirational mentees with the practical skills, judgement, and confidence required to succeed in various organisational environments.

The objective of all mentoring sessions in to enhance employability, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills.
